My name is Arthur Hebert. "Artybear" is a nickname given to me, unknowingly, by my 7th grade history teacher. She called me Art and strung it together with the French pronunciation of my last name [ey-ber].
I am an engineer, an artist, a musician, and a minimalist as of late. I work as a freelance engineer in Corvallis, Oregon.
When I am not working, I am visiting friends, reading the stack of books that never gets smaller, or learning something new—sometimes all at the same time.
